How it works:

Method 1 – (Preferred)

  1. You send us the documents as per our checklist (Email scanned copies, Use our Collection and Delivery service, Royal Mail or other courier service)
  2. We receive the documents, organise them and input them on our bookkeeping system and complete necessary reconciliations
  3. Our Accountant reviews the accounts regularly and makes necessary adjustments if required
  4. We send the documents back to you within less than a week
  5. We provide you the system backup (if required), management accounts & reports as per agreed formats and frequency

And, we are always just an email, text or a phone call away!

 

Method2 –

  1. We access your server to view the documents, or receive scanned or physical documents from you.
  2. We login remotely into your computer, access your accounting software and update it in real timecompleting necessary reconciliations
  3. Our Accountant carries out a review of the accounts remotely and makes any adjustments if required.
  4. We provide you the management accounts & reports (if required) as per agreed formats and frequency

And again, we are always just an email, text or a phone call away!
