How it works:
Method 1 – (Preferred)
- You send us the documents as per our checklist (Email scanned copies, Use our Collection and Delivery service, Royal Mail or other courier service)
- We receive the documents, organise them and input them on our bookkeeping system and complete necessary reconciliations
- Our Accountant reviews the accounts regularly and makes necessary adjustments if required
- We send the documents back to you within less than a week
- We provide you the system backup (if required), management accounts & reports as per agreed formats and frequency
And, we are always just an email, text or a phone call away!
- We access your server to view the documents, or receive scanned or physical documents from you.
- We login remotely into your computer, access your accounting software and update it in real timecompleting necessary reconciliations
- Our Accountant carries out a review of the accounts remotely and makes any adjustments if required.
- We provide you the management accounts & reports (if required) as per agreed formats and frequency
